Accountability and Feedback

I think the main reason that I am posting all this on a blog is so that I can feel some accountability. It's one thing to quietly set goals in my own mind, and quite another to announce my intentions to any who care to listen.

So I'm announcing my goals and thoughts, literally, to the whole world. If I succeed, I want everyone to know. If I fail, it will be in front of the entire human race. Intimidating? Sure, but this openness has an honesty that steels my resolve and reassures me that I'm doing the right thing.

Secondarily, I'd love to get feedback. Please post a comment if the spirit moves you. I'm trying to be very honest in my posts, so please be honest with me in the comments. If you like what I'm saying, let me know. If you don't like it, then let me have it. If you think I'm completely off-track, then surely I can learn from your perspective. And, if something I say or something that I'm going through strikes a chord with you because maybe you've gone through it before... please let me know.
